SAMSUNG have come up with its new model called S2 – PEBBLE .Well as its name sounds it is just of the size of rounded stone and is available in five attractive colors namely black, green, purple, pearl white and red. S2 – PEBBLE has a very innovative design and can be worn on the neck like a pendent.

Its appearance suggests that it is targeted for fashionable people.  It is very easy to carry  to your gym or any other place even work place .Its ear phone comes in  the form of the lanyard – styled cord from which the PEBBLE is hanged, attached via a retention clip to prevent it from being accidentally yanked off .

S2 – PEBBLE comes with 2 GB internal memory and their is no option of memory expansion .Which means it can easily store almost 350 songs. PEBBLE has another plus point it can run up to 9 hours. It is very user friendly. When it is turn over you will find six tactile buttons with functions like play/pause, fast forward, rewind volume up and down, and smart buttons which have two functions firstly it allows you to choose the play mode like shuffle, repeat all and play list .secondly it accesses SAMSUNG‘s DNSe (digital natural sound engine) technology, which simulates three acoustics environment like normal, studio and concert hall.

S2 – PEBLE supports MP3, OGG or WMA files, so you just need to pug in up load and away you go and above every body’s expectations its tiny headphone produces very good bass, which hardly any one had expected. S2 – PEBBLE gives highly involving listening experience as it lays out all the songs with complete details and resolution available on the compressed audio files.

All we can say is that S2 – PEBBLE is an ideal MP3 player for the fashionable people and youngsters. A really good stuff for listening music and to flaunt. The Zune is perhaps the first ever competitor to the iPod that comes with features that are not included in the iPod. However, there are certain areas where the iPod scores better. Here is a list of pros and cons of the Zune.

Pros:
The Zune sounds better than the iPod. Although the former doesn’t have an equalizer, it is reported that the music coming out from Zune sounds better than the iPod.
The touch facility of Zune scores more. To go down a list you just need to touch the bottom of the Zune pad rather if you don’t like the click wheel from the iPod. Other features include.

Cons:
• Battery life – the battery life is not up to the mark, especially for people who watch a lot of video non-stop.
• PC Software – it takes a while to get used to the PC software.
• Cannot be used to store files – storing files is a common feature of most of the MP3 players. But, it sounds strange that Zune doesn’t have this facility.

In short, the Zune is a welcome addition to the media player market. When you are used to your good old iPod, you will be finding it hard to give it up. However, if you are looking for a change, we suggest you to replace it with the Zune.
