Sanyo Xacti HD2 looks great with its stylish blue graphite body. The camera is designed for super fast start-up and shooting. You don’t need any tape to queue up. All you need to do is just open the display and the HD2 will automatically power up. It will be ready to record within 1.7 seconds!
The shooting range of Sanyo Xacti HD2 is wide-angle to telephoto. The camera also features a digital image stabilization that works across the shooting range.
The high-definition camera comes with a highly efficient MPEG-4 technology to create richly detailed (1280 x 720 pixels) videos at the rate of 30 frames per second which is three times more than what is delivered by the conventional video cameras. The 2.2-inch LCD display comes with 210,000 total pixels for crystal clear viewing. The display flips out from the camera and rotates up to 285 degrees on axis for taking great video or still images even in difficult locations.
The HD2’s “Web-SHQ” recording mode is designed specifically to capture video destined for video iPod and other popular MPEG-4 capable personal media players. For optimal playback on such devices, video is captured at a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels and a smooth and natural 30 frames per second.
The very small, handy and light digital video camera is surely worth spending money!
