LG enV2, a high-end messaging phone, is a slimmed down version of the enV. The size difference of enV2 and the older version is beyond belief. When the enV was small and light, the new enV2 is much smaller and lighter. You can easily wrap your fingers all the way around it.
The appearance of enV2 will definitely bowl you over! It is completely flat from side to side. The front fascia of the phone is completely redesigned while the back is coated with a soft-touch paint job. The top half of the phone is rimmed with a smooth, chrome accent.
The navigation cluster has also been redesigned. Rather than having completely separate keys, there are 6 rows of keys from top to bottom. Each of these horizontal keys stretches across the entire width of the enV2. These big buttons have three distinct regions where they can be pressed. However, the revised menu system of enV2 for the front screen is perhaps confusing when paired with the key configuration. And there are no soft keys on the front of the phone.
The camera key is the top most located. If your phone is unlocked, it will launch the camera and also serve as the shutter release button.
The phone comes with cover for the microSD slot in the right side of the phone and 2.5 mm headset hack. However, the enV2 doesn’t have a standard-sized headset jack. The microUSB power port is located on the bottom of the phone.
All in all, LG env2 is a slim and attractive handset, with a roomy keypad, bright dual displays, a good multimedia feature set, a full QWERTY keyboard, plus great call quality.

You can’t eat the Chocolate given by LG because it is not appetizing. Neither will it be sweeter in taste. So what is the Chocolate? Well, it is a beautiful, sleek and stylish mobile phone.
The LG Chocolate KG800 scores on its mere looks and its touch-sensitive keys. The hidden keypad is touch sensitive and glows red when in use. When opened, the full keypad is available. The other navigation keys consist of two soft keys that double as shortcuts to the messaging menu and the phone book, a talk button and a dedicated back key. All the navigation buttons are touch keys and are extremely sensitive.
Though the memory of the phone is limited, you can short list your favorite 30 songs and store in the phone. The Chocolate is also compatible with Verizon’s V Cast streaming video service with the full range of content offerings.
The Chocolate comes with built-in 1.3 megapixel camera and wireless Bluetooth connectivity and micro SD memory port for extra storage. The headset plugs into the charging port. With support for 262,000 colors, it’s one of the most attractive displays we’ve seen on a cell phone and arguably the best on an LG handset. Graphics and animation are sharp, and colors popped. You can install MP3 ringtones. The Chocolate is also equipped with software to enable photos, videos and music tracks to be dragged and dropped between phone and PC.
However, there is a big minus point of the phone. Battery life is below average and the phone will need charging every few days.
